In these instances, usually what happens is that you didn’t crash, but your car is unfit to continue on for whatever reason. Even if your vehicle has not come to a complete stop, but you are experiencing some obvious mechanical issues it may be a good idea to stop and give us a call. We are going to be able to come by and provide a first assessment of the situation. Once we do, we can give you a different set of options on what you could do next to remedy the issues that you may be facing.

What To Do If You Have A Problem On The Road?

Ideally, you are going to find a safe place to park the car. If you can’t do that, there are usually more issues that you have to deal with; the cops are generally going to show up. It happens though, and sometimes it’s just not your fault. Again though, ideally find a place where you can park the car safely and give us a call as soon as you can to have us arrive on short notice. If you are by the side of the road, you are usually going to be better off staying in the car until we arrive.

The First Assessment

At times it’s pretty clear what your particular problem might be. You as the driver, can let us know right off the bat; maybe my battery died, I am out of gas. There are a lot of “common” problems that we see. When that’s the case, we may not even have the need to look under the hood. If you are not sure though what the problem is and you keep sort of hearing weird noises, and you feel the car not driving as smoothly, that’s when we really can step in and help you figure what’s going on!

What Services Are Included In Our Roadside Assistance?

We are going to be able to help you with things like flat tires, dead batteries, as well as different mechanical issues. The goal behind these services is, figuring out a way to get you back on the road as soon as possible. If you are out of gas, for example, there is no reason for you to make a pilgrimage to the nearest gas station. That could be dangerous and time-consuming. Towing is The Last Option

Even though we are a towing company, we are not going to try and back you into deciding that you need a towing service. On the contrary, we like it a lot when we can help people with minor issues essentially continue on their way. At times though, this is just not possible. When it comes to this, of course, we are going to be able to call in one of our trucks. We’ll take your car to where it needs to go, to get fixed!
